HIRING] Customer Service Executive – Full-Time
Location: Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (12 hours/day)
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000

We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ampang. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, patient, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.



Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Work closely with internal teams to follow up on customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions



Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Able to work under stress and handle complaints from customers
• Able to commit to long hours and a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
