Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Office Leasing Advisory team in Malaysia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in commercial real estate with a leading global firm, focusing on office leasing in the dynamic Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including tenants, landlords, and property developers.
Support senior team members in conducting market research and analysis on office leasing trends, pricing, and market conditions in Malaysia.
Help prepare property proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses for client presentations.
Assist in lease negotiations, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented and communicated.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Research, Marketing, and Property Management to gather necessary information for client projects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of property listings, client information, and market data.
Participate in property inspections and client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and assisting in the preparation of pitch materials.
Stay informed about local real estate regulations and market trends affecting the office sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry
Basic understanding of the office property market
Strong communication skills with passion in the Real Estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with real estate-specific software and tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Keen interest in the commercial real estate sector and willingness to learn
