- Manage and optimize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Website, YT, Google, Redbox, Blog etc.).
- Create engaging content for various online platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and etc.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., social media ads, Google Ads,).
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare and present reports on digital marketing activities and results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members and departments.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the digital marketing field is added advantage.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong team work and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of visitors and support staff.
- Immediate hiring and Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.
- Other language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
