- Prepare and maintain accounting database by entering data into computer, processing backups.
- Maintains accounting cash & bank records by making copies.
- Reconcile the accounts payable and accounts receivable. Journal creation for bank account trans-actions.
- Ensure all daily collection is tally with cash bank in & Muzartime system.
- Key in official receipt after update bank statements.
- Reply email on supplier payment advice.
- Check student advance fees.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents and company secretary.
- Check debtor aging and make sure no outstanding records.
- Issue cheques & key-in payment voucher.
- Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
- Check creditor aging & request SOA.
- Calculate depreciation, accrual and do journal entry.
- Verifies financial reports, P & L report by branch and monthly submission to Director for review.
- Perform any other expressed or implied duties required by the Superior
- Full Time Only
- Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Prefer with full set account experiences
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (from retail industry will be more advantage)
- Can speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin and English both fluent in Writing ,listening and speaking
- Able to join immediately or short notice
- Prior knowledge of accounting software will have added advantage
