2. Competencies [Functional / Technical and Soft Skills]
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Work experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and administrative roles.
