Customer Service cum Telesales
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service and confidently resolving complaints.
- Manage administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from designated mailboxes.
- Conduct telesales activities for various insurance products, including Auto and Credit Life.
- Promote mobile applications to non-users and drive the adoption of online transactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to cover team member absences.
Asset Management
- Quality calling on written-off accounts to negotiate for full settlement or offer settlement schemes.
- Contact written-off customers to obtain information about untraceable vehicles, and persuade customers to surrender the vehicles voluntarily.
- Coordinate with repossessors to take proactive action in repossession and disposal of untraceable vehicles.
- Monitor repayment of customers enrolled in existing settlement schemes and follow up to ensure timely payments. Manage inbound inquiries related to written-off accounts.
- Provide recommendations for feasible legal actions and participate in the execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the entire recovery process

- Working Day: Monday – Friday
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin as added advantage.
- Salary Range Basic RM2500 - RM3500
