Workshop Manager

Qualifications & experience -Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, automotive technology, or a related discipline can be beneficial. -Previous experience in workshop management, automotive repair, manufacturing, or a related field is often required. The ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement solutions is essential for resolving operational challenges, improving efficiency, and addressing customer concerns. Must have good translation skill in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Word Good Communication Skill, Computer Literate. Tasks & responsibilities Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, as well as a commitment to creating a safe working environment, is crucial for protecting employees and minimizing accidents or injuries. Keep track of trailer inventory, including available trailers, their condition, and their location. Maintain records of maintenance and repair history. Use GPS tracking systems or fleet management software, to monitor trailer location, optimize routing, and improve overall efficiency. Develop and manage budgets for trailer operations, including expenses related to maintenance, repairs, fuel, and other operating costs Manage drivers responsible for towing trailers. Ensure drivers are properly trained, licensed, and adhere to safety regulations.
