  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Respond to all booking and trucking requests, ensuring agreed-upon pricing with customers.
  • Coordinate closely with customers for booking and trucking arrangements.
  • Provide trucking and driver details to customers, along with necessary documents, and monitor the movement of shipments.
  • Follow up on trucking progress and communicate with the KLIA team and vendors for any further arrangements.
  • Request complete CIPL and Shipping Instructions from customers for the AWB draft.
  • Prepare the AWB draft and send it to the customer for review and confirmation.
  • Prepare and send the pre-alert to the KLIA team for cargo submission to the airline, and be available for any issues.
  • Wait for the KLIA team to update the final AWB and send it to the customer, along with the final pre-alert.
  • After the shipment departs, track the status and update the customer on departure, transit, and arrival.
  • Follow up with the counterpart for consignee contact details.
  • Request the K1 draft from the KLIA team, and share the final version once the consignee confirms.
  • Inform KLIA to deliver the shipment to the PJ office, arrange transport to the consignee, and request POD to send to the shipper.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in booking, logistics, customer service, or transportation coordination (1-2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes, particularly in industries such as freight forwarding, airlines, or transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
