Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,000

Benefits:

  • Monthly Allowance RM200 (Fixed)
  • Shift Allowance up to RM500

Working Days / Hours:

  • Monday to Friday:

1. Morning Shift : 7:00AM - 4:00PM
2. Afternoon Shift : 3:00PM - 12:00AM
3. Night Shift : 11:00PM - 8:00AM

  • Saturday:

1. Morning Shift : 7:00AM - 12:00PM
2. Afternoon Shift : 12:00PM - 5:00PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/ Business or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience of warehouse operations and management in FMCG (Food and Household Care).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Able to work on a shift schedule.
  • Possess own transportation to commute to work.
  • Able to start immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead in the execution of shipment loading and unloading and Trade Return Operations in compliance to SOP.
  • Manage accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfilment, and returns.
  • In charge of the operational issues and providing solutions.
  • Supervise warehouse employees on daily activities.
  • Control warehouse performance, productivity, and cost.
  • Maintain the records, reporting of relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Perform frequent daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Coordinate maintenance of Material Handling Equipment.
  • Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate in daily cycle count and/or stock take processes.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels to meet customers’ demands.
  • Communicate with numerous parties to proactively take action that deliver business results.
  • Take initiative on process efficiency and cost savings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
