  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Support Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring timely submission.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Help in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing historical data, trends, and projections.
  • Variance Analysis: Assist in the analysis of financial variances between actual and forecasted results, providing explanations to the head of department.
  • Cost Management: Support in managing cost structures, especially in relation to food and beverage items.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Assist in monitoring cash flows and reconciling daily sales with the financial records.
  • Taxation: Assist in ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns, SST/GST, and other statutory reports.
  • Audit Assistance: Prepare necessary documents and support external audits when required.
  • Internal control: assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s internal control systems and policies

· Perform any other duties or ad-hoc assigned by superior as and when required

Job Requirement

· Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional certification in ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA

· At least 4 years working experiences and above in Finance Management

· Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem solving skill, excellent communication skill

· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
