For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a top BPO company based in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam (not nearby public transport)

Basic Salary: Up to RM4,000 (depends on experience)

Working Days / Hours: 5.5 days (rotational shift , 9 hours per shift)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/ Business or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience of warehouse operations and management in FMCG (Food and Household Care).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Able to work on a shift schedule.
  • Possess own transportation to commute to work.

Job Description:

  • Reviewing and moderating content, flagging content that violates company policies.
  • Reviewing reported posts, comments, and messages.
  • Monitor Users' behavior, and identify harmful contents.
  • Compile reported data for documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
