  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Ensures safety rules and regulation pertaining to work are continuously observed and complied by all employees, suppliers, contractors and visitors.
  • 2. Organise and implement OSH programmes at workplace.
  • 3. Responsible for factory inspection to minimize dangerous exposure and harmful hazards.
  • 4. Prepare monthly safety reports and other necessary report and documentation to SHO.
  • 5. Act as Assistant Secretary of Safety & Health Committee and to participate in meeting.
  • 6. Collect, analyse and maintain OSH & JKKP logbooks / records.
  • 7. Produce monthly report regarding OSH in workplace.
  • 8. Coordinate with and response to local authority agencies (DOSH, Bomba, etc.) & council (MBSA, etc.) pertaining to equipment PMA, PMT, health and safety matters as well fire system equipment check.
  • 9. Responsible to ensure factory equipment & tools are well function and safe to use all the time.
  • 0.Perform investigation and to find the root cause for accident / injury / occupational diseases.
  • 11.Prepare accident report / record and submit to JTK, SOCSO and DOSH.
  • 12.Carry on preventive and corrective action when improper work method or hazards are found.
  • 13.Report to superior / management for any disciplinary issue which may cause safety issue at work place.
  • 14.Execute any other instructions from employer pertaining to OSH at the workplace. 15.Ensuring that the OHS management system conforms to the legal requirements 16.Enforce on PPE compliance and issuance of safety violation notice if failing to comply. 17.Support on schedule waste management towards DOE compliance 18.Others task upon request
