Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical System Management
- Oversee, operate, and maintain all electrical installations and equipment in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) requirements.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical systems, promptly troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues.
- Conduct periodic inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including switchboards, transformers, and distribution boards.
2. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all electrical systems adhere to safety regulations, local standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) team to enforce electrical safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records for electrical systems, including maintenance logs and compliance reports.
3. Equipment Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical machinery and systems, minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, upgrades, or replacement of electrical equipment.
4. Energy Efficiency
- Monitor and optimize energy usage across the facility to reduce operational costs.
- Recommend improvements for energy conservation and electrical efficiency.
5. Emergency Response
- Lead immediate response to electrical emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans for power outages and equipment failures.
6. Team Collaboration and Supervision
- Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff on electrical safety and best practices.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to align with production goals.
7. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and system performance.
- Maintain compliance documentation as required by statutory regulations and internal audits.
Requirements
1. Certification and Licensing
- Must hold a valid Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
2. Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in handling electrical systems in shopping mall or commercial project.
3. Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Familiarity with high-voltage systems and safety protocols.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, regulations, and ISO standards.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented and committed to safety and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in working with automated production lines or machinery.
Knowledge of sustainability practices related to energy efficiency.
Certification in related fields, such as energy management or additional electrical credentials.
Experience in Commercial / Mall will be an added advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
