We are looking for a detail-oriented Transport Coordinator Executive to support our logistics operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth planning by coordinating with customers, drivers, and planners. Key Responsibilities:

* Logistics Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and schedule transportation routes and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor transport operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

* Fleet Management

  • Assign vehicles based on delivery or transport requirements.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Track fuel usage and optimize routes for cost savings.

* Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate transport documentation (e.g., licenses, permits, logs).
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and oversee driver safety training.

* Route Optimization – Ensure efficient truck space utilization and logical routing to avoid unnecessary trips and delays.

* Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
  • Address delivery issues, delays, or emergencies promptly.
  • Provide customer service regarding delivery schedules and inquiries.

* Issue Resolution – Immediately inform customers if a collection fails and provide updates on the next steps.

* Internal Coordination – Work closely with the Customer Service team to confirm that cargo has been successfully collected or has arrived at the warehouse. And liaise with the account Department team for Daily Job update and billing

* Reporting & Data Management

  • Keep records of transport activities, fuel consumption, and expenses.
  • Generate reports on transport efficiency, costs, and performance.
  • Use tracking systems to monitor fleet movements and deliveries.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic logistics environment
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, transport planning, or a related field is a plus
