  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specification Sales Executive to engage and build relationships with key specifiers, including architects, interior designers, consultants, and project owners. The role involves educating industry professionals about our products, securing specifications in project tenders, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with specifiers (architects, interior designers, QS, project consultants, and developers).
  • Promote and present Lien Huat’s range of flooring underlays and accessories to industry professionals.
  • Secure product specifications in commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
  • Conduct technical presentations, CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Provide support in project tenders, technical documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up on project leads, track progress, and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the building materials, flooring, or construction industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and specification selling is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
