Job Descriptions:-
1. To assist in the payroll department and responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for foreign workers.
2. Maintaining payroll information by collating, checking, calculating and entering foreign worker’s attendance data for payroll.
3. Prepare billing summary, send to clients to get confirmation before issuance of the invoice.
4. Ensuring all invoices are issued and to be sent out to client latest by 7th every month.
5. Generate foreign worker’s monthly payslip and pass to operation department for distribution arrangement.
6. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and timely.
7. Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures.
8. Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
9. Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
10. Work closely with various departments.
11. Support administrative duties and performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:-
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
2. Highly confidential and trustworthy person.
3. Able to work independently and highly self-motivated individual.
4. Well organized and detail-oriented person.
5. Able to work in Subang Jaya.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
