WORKING LOCATION : 10 BOULEVARD, KAYU ARA DAMANSARA, PJ, SELANGOR

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
  • Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
  • Reconcile financial statements, Prepare to send and store invoices.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, & Accounting System
  • Prepare payment through Internet banking.
  • Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
  • Year-end audit preparation.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.
  • Able to call customer to follow up collection

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Recording and filing cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,983.96 - RM4,662.98 per month
