Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or partial professional qualification in CPA/ACCA/CIMA with minimum 3 years of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient, independent and team player
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to ensure all invoices are carry out via proper verification process
- Ensure all invoices are paid timely and accurately
- Ensure proper monthly closing & reports preparation
- Prepare monthly cash outflow forecast: for local & foreign currency payment
- Handling daily cash flow reporting
- Ensure monthly valuation for unrealized Forex Gain/Loss transaction
- Ensure bank reconciliation
- Monitor and update incoming fund for oversea customers
- Preparing bank guarantee request
- Ensure job are updated with correct cost for proper costing
- Prepare monthly balance sheet analysis
- Prepare monthly P&L account analysis for the audit and tax requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
