Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial and administrative services, including accounts payable function, and journal entries to support the Finance & Accounting Team in AP and other reporting.
  • Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment to suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare indirect taxes (e.g., SST, withholding tax).
  • Participate in the annual fixed assets verification exercise and year-end stock take exercise.
  • Help support e-invoicing matters when tasked and where necessary
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experiences in Accounts Payable (AP) environment
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing will be a plus.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
  • A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
