Job Description:
- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products
- Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer’s satisfaction
- Achieve KPI and SLA
Requirements:
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysian communication skills
- SPM/SKM level and Fresh Graduates are welcome to start their first career in a call center - Full Training Provided
