- Manage top executive’s personal related matters and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Schedule business and personal meetings and travel arrangements.
- Attend to administrative and confidential matters assigned by the top executive.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, arranging appointments and writing minutes.
- Coordinate with respective person-in-charge in the development on completion of projects/assignments.
- Liaise with internal departments, coordinating and follow-up the progress of all cases till case closed.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system that secures confidential file.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of personnel, clients, and business partners.
- Manage communication including emails in both English & Mandarin.
- Any other ad-hoc work matters as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of working experience as Personal Assistant or secretary.
- Independent, responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude..
- Good communication and follow up skills
- A good and effective problem-solver with a likeable personality
- Good oral and written communication skills: Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking superior, English & Bahasa for daily work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
