Administrative Assistant
Qualifications :
- SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma holder in any field
- Open for Fresh or experience candidates to apply
- Retiree are welcome as well
Other Requirements :
- Familiar with using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent in English communication and written skills
- Details oriented
- Possess own transport
Job Descriptions :
- Schedule administer Department head calendar/ meeting schedule;
- Draft email invitation;
- Take care of dept office supplies & dept activities;
- Issue PO;
- Submit claims;
- Extract data & publish reports;
- Organizing lunch/ team building activities;
- Help to arrange lunch during lunch meeting;
- Running errands, etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
