  • Prepare and distribute forms/letters and correspondence relating to hiring, leaves of absence, disciplinary issues and other employment status changes
  • Handling general office administration and hostel management.
  • Maintains filing systems and confidential personnel records
  • Coordinating Orientation program to all newly recruited employees
  • Supports employee recruitment and selection by pre-screening candidates’ resume; initiating and coordinating the administration of job competition files, determining applicant status, tracking applicants, responding to applicant enquiries, and arranging candidate for interviews.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
