- Prepare and distribute forms/letters and correspondence relating to hiring, leaves of absence, disciplinary issues and other employment status changes
- Handling general office administration and hostel management.
- Maintains filing systems and confidential personnel records
- Coordinating Orientation program to all newly recruited employees
- Supports employee recruitment and selection by pre-screening candidates’ resume; initiating and coordinating the administration of job competition files, determining applicant status, tracking applicants, responding to applicant enquiries, and arranging candidate for interviews.
