
SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Immediate Hiring April 2025)
1. Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes etc.) on behalf of the Sales & Marketing Team.
2. Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submission, reports, also prepare and coordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the Sales & Marketing Team as well as other departments.
3. Go through and monitor work submission of reports, quotations, job orders and invoices for Sales & Marketing Rep. signature
4. Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required for Sales & Marketing Team.
5. Liaising between other staffs and Sales & Marketing Team.
6. Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way.
7. Comply with company policies, legal guidelines and any other requirements highlighted under ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
8. Other traditional duties as required and assigned by Head of Department.
9. Assist Managing Director / Executive Director when required and needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
