  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with company EHS and quality standards as outlined.
  • Prepare and release the monthly build plan, as well as weekly and daily production schedules.
  • Verify the availability of raw materials in alignment with the production schedule.
  • Monitor the availability of finished goods and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory.
  • Provide updates on product readiness within 24 hours of receiving orders and communicate them to customer service.
  • Update and follow up on the daily production schedule, ensuring any necessary changes are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve production-related issues.
  • Respond promptly to unplanned sales orders or unexpected changes to meet customer demands.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Business/Manufacturing/Production Operations or a related field is preferred.
  • A Diploma or equivalent will be considered if accompanied by relevant years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge in scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and planning is essential.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Oracle systems is an added advantage.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
