Job Description

  • Provide general administrative function (answering call/ arrange courier service/food refreshment)
  • Supervise office maintenance and cleanliness
  • To perform general office duties such as ensuring office inventories is up to date
  • Assist in preparation of regularly schedule report/payment certificate/ tender comparison/ calling tender.
  • Preparation of invoice to client/ letter correspondence

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Admin/Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work/ Excel/ Power Point)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in written and spoken in Chines, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work well under stress in an environment

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
