Job Description
- Provide general administrative function (answering call/ arrange courier service/food refreshment)
- Supervise office maintenance and cleanliness
- To perform general office duties such as ensuring office inventories is up to date
- Assist in preparation of regularly schedule report/payment certificate/ tender comparison/ calling tender.
- Preparation of invoice to client/ letter correspondence
Job Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Admin/Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work/ Excel/ Power Point)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in written and spoken in Chines, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work well under stress in an environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
