  • Supply Chain Coordination - Work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and dealerships to optimize the supply chain process and minimize delays.
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure all spare parts meet company’s quality standards and compliance requirements. Address defective parts issues efficiently.
  • Inventory Optimization – Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and reducing costs.
  • Dealer Support – Provide training and technical support to dealerships regarding spare parts management, ordering systems, and policies.
  • DMS & IT Systems – Ensure the efficient operation of the Dealer Management System (DMS) for spare parts orders and tracking.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting – Monitor and manage spare parts costs, prepare budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Analyze data on spare parts consumption, demand forecasting, and supply chain efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
  • Warranty & Returns Management – Oversee warranty parts handling, returns process, and claim settlements in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all spare parts operations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
