Store Supervisor

- Directly responsible for the safekeeping of all products kept in the store and ensures that raw materials and products are kept in strategic locations and are retractable within the shortest time possible. - Oversee the smooth running and upkeep of the store/warehouse and equipment. - Review, recommends, implements and monitors all the warehousing activities viz. Stock placements, stock movements, stock levels, security, documentations, housekeeping, administration and expenditure control. - Executes and implements all rules and regulations in regards to the store/warehouse, stocks and equipment. - Monitors and coordinates the activities and performance of the store personnel. - Ensure proper stock control and stock level management. - Ensure the proper, adequate and accurate documentation on the movement of each stock item during deliveries, receiving and transfers. - Liaise with the sales personnel and sales administration for the preparation of deliveries and transport arrangements. - Assist sales administration to monitor, update and ensure proper upkeep of all electronic and manual records and documents in regards to stock levels and management. - Assist the sales personnel in checking of stock availability and sales information. - To continuously seek ways to improve the management of the store / warehouse to ensure minimal discrepancies, disruptions, damages and expenditures as well as self-improvements and the improvements of the store staff’s welfare. - To follow any other directions and/or instructions from the management which may be issued from time to time. - To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
