Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor financial performance, expenses, and variances against budgets.
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy and growth plans.
Provide recommendations for cost-saving and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee cost control measures and financial efficiency improvements.
Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance.
Oversee financial training and development programs for team members.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee external audits and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in financial management or a senior finance role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax compliance.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
