  • Check and update the list of vehicles owned by the Local Authority (PBT) and ensure that no problems arise during transfer of ownership.
  • Ensure that every summons issued by the Local Authorities (Traffic, JPJ and others) is paid on time/ before expiry.
  • Ensure that all matters related to PUSPAKOM run smoothly such as Inspection Schedule, Inspection Result Report, Special Inspection, Periodic Inspection, inspection fees/ charges and others.
  • Ensure that all vehicles possess valid insurance and road tax.
  • Monitor all matters related to Fleet card/ Fuel Card supplied by the petrol/ diesel vendors/ companies.
  • Ensure that all measuring/ weighing equipment are complied with the “Sistem Pengurusan Lesen Timbang dan Sukat” as specified in the “Akta Timbang dan Sukat”.
  • Any other administrative matters such as:

- update relevant data and status for all vehicles;

- update vehicles’ information involved in accidents as well as the current and repairing status;

- check overtime claims;

  • assist in other ad-hoc duties and other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Specifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration Transport or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work and passionate about generating high quality works.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
