Job Scope:
- Assist in maintenance of employees’ records and general welfare and health of the employees.
- To ensure employee comply with company Human Resource policies, procedure, manuals, and employee handbook.
- Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection and job offer.
- Conduct orientation program to new employees.
- Assist in processing of employees’ salary and other statutory payments such as EPF, EIS, SOCSO and income tax.
- Assist in planning, organize and coordinate internal, external and ad-hoc training.
- Assist in planning & organize staff engagement/company events.
- Various reports preparation.
- Data entry works such as key in leave form, medical leave, claims etc.
- Document preparation such as offer letter, confirmation letter, memo etc.
- Any responsibility assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement:
- Fresh graduate with Degree in Business Admin / at least 1 year working experience as HR/Admin
- Willing to learn and work extra to get job done
- Good attitude & attendance, highly disciplined
