Responsibilities

  • You have to manage all assigned Incident & Change Requests and deliver according to the target resolution time.
  • You have to monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
  • You have to support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request when necessary.
  • You have to liaises with necessary colleagues or business partners outside HRIT CoE to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
  • · You havesuccessful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.

Job Requirement

  • 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
  • Has exposure in Workday as a support function or as an end user.
  • University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
  • Works with all HRIT CoE members to ensure the work meets users’ requirement
  • Liaises with necessary colleagues outside HRIT CoE to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
  • Escalate and work with vendor for HRIT issues including report system issues, raise service request for changing system parameters, files and customization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
