  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Support in house remodeling activities (repacking /relabeling etc.) on non-serialized accessories items.
  • Support in house calibration process for products.
  • Support to coordinate test equipment for activities such as annual calibration or repair activities. Activities include documentation, scheduling, arranging to/from contract manufacturer, submission for annual calibration, update system
  • Support inventory management both physically and system transaction such as annual inventory count, handle temporary storage of inventory till disposition, and inventory transaction in system and Oracle.
  • Support for daily administrative and operational support to the department.
  • Work closely with cross function team such as logistic, planning, procurement team and calibration lab.
  • Raise and track Purchase Requisition or PO using Oracle.
  • Support shipment arrangement – documentation preparation, collect/forward.
  • Support production sorting / inspection activities at when needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by manager / supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Fresh graduate from Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Mechatronic engineering is strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Preferable have experience with Oracle EBS
  • Preferable have knowledge on ESD handling.
  • Able to work independently with high sense of urgency.
  • Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with all levels of people.
  • Self-discipline and ability to multitask and organize
  • Motivate, creative and flexible in task assignment with good communication skill

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
