- Greet, approach customers with friendly service and lead customer to designated table.
- Pass menu to customer and take order promptly, repeat order to customer for accuracy ordering before punch in to system.
- Follow cash handling procedures at all times and handle customer payments.
- Take care of outlet cleanliness, to maintain outlet is hygiene at all time.
- Perform garnishing of meal according to menu SOP
- Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing and cutting
- Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery truck.
- Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Ensure on the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
