  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Deliver both online and in-person training sessions effectively.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support to dealers and service teams to resolve complex vehicle issues.
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle-related concerns using diagnostic tools.

3. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and aftersales teams to ensure training content accuracy.
  • Maintain effective communication with global technical trainers to share knowledge and best practices.

4. Technical Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare training reports and analyze training effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update technical manuals, guidelines, and troubleshooting documentation.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Keep up with the latest automotive technology trends, especially in EVs.
  • Enhance training methodologies by integrating new digital and interactive tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
