Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at menumiz in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, upselling products and services, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
