Job Summary:
Geno Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef – Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team! If you have a love for baking, creativity in dessert presentation, and experience in pastry production, this is your chance to shine in a professional kitchen environment. You will assist in preparing high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts while maintaining kitchen standards and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, desserts, and bread.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Support the Pastry Chef in daily operations and new recipe development.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pastry/bakery (hotel or restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong passion for pastry arts with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Job Type: Full-time
