  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer issues and complaints within 12 hours
  • Troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution manage dispute case.
  • Support the team such as order processing, returns, exchanges, sample preparation, maintaining customer databases (broadcast).
  • To plan and execute broadcast chat to followers across all platform.
  • Assist in Upload, maintain and optimize SKUs and product information on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in stock control by monitoring inventory to ensure that best-selling items are always available.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on platforms such as WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok in fluent Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task

Requirements

Acquired language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is added advantage

Strong problem-solving skills, including being able to identify issues and resolve issue in a timely manner.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Possess relevant working experiences would be an advantage.

Enthusiasm, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.

At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in e-Commerce or high-growth industries, livestream experience is added advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
