About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Digital IT Project Manager and play a pivotal role in driving and managing end-to-end digital IT projects. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to organizational success by ensuring consistency, accountability, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle digital IT projects, including scope, timeline, budgeting, and resource mobilization.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, IT spend approvals, RFP/RFI processes, and software delivery lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile).
  • Collaborate with external vendors, track deliverables, manage payments, and maintain accountability.
  • Utilize technical expertise in digital ecosystems and infrastructure to validate work and solve problems.
  • Implement Agile & Scrum practices to guide the scrum team and improve maturity.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6+ years of IT project management experience in software delivery.
  • 2+ years of functional or technical experience in banking systems.
  • 1-year experience as a Scrum Master with knowledge of Scrum techniques.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder and vendor management, cost management, and release management.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Banking background is highly preferred.

Certifications:

  • PSM, PRINCE2, PMP (Preferred but not mandatory)
