Account & Admin Assistance
Manage day-to-day financial bookkeeping and accounting transactions for clients
1) To prepare a full set of accounts for client’s companies.
2) To advise and guide clients to maintain proper accounting documents and records and make sure all the accounting documents are sufficient for audit work and taxation purposes.
3) To liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, and government agencies on accounting matters, when necessary, on audit work status, tax, work progress, and general communication.
4) Ensure statutory submissions are submitted before the due date.
5) Knowledge in all accounting procedures and principles.
6) To perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
**Office Near LRT (Bandar Puteri Puchong)**
***Preferably with knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of 1 or 2 accounting software is an added advantage.
***Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
***Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
***Immediate availability is highly preferred.
