Key Responsibilities :

  • Able to handle other general clerical work.
  • Manage data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties
  • Assist in day to day administration tasks.
  • Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
  • Support the team in administrative and operational duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled reports or any ad-hoc reports as and when required
  • Provide necessary support to other Admin functions as deemed necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Admin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player with good analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, effective relationship.
  • Resourceful, analytical and able to multi-task.
  • Experience working in mining field or managing foreign workers issue is an added advantage.
