
Accounts Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- To check & key in staff claim in accounting software.
- To key in non trade supplier invoices, utilities & freight invoices in accounting software.
- To prepare bank reconciliation.
- To create & maintain supplier/customer database in accounting software.
- To do filing for accounts documents.
- Ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- SPM in Accounting/Diploma or Degree in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1-2years of working experience in accounting.
- Must have basic knowledge of Accounting.
- Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivate and positive.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
