  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and all-rounder store manager who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively. You will be able to work independently on maintaining produce and goods in our retail store as well as managing a steady growth of sales with the support of a dynamic and driven team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Storekeeping and Management

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks.
  • Setup shelving to attract visitors to purchase.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about the products and markets. (e.g. understanding product sales and trends, history and tracing of produce, etc.)
  • Place orders on the promoter app.
  • Collaborate with packer to pack.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of stock.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
  • Assist and communicate with customers.

2. Online Sales and Marketing

  • Responsible for GrabMart inventory and orders.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional flyers.
  • ⁠Collaborate with supervisor if need performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Prior experience is a plus.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to lift items.
  • Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia

Schedule: This is a full-time position with hours and days negotiable upon hiring.

Pay: Basic pay is RM2,500 inclusive of EPF.

Supplemental pay: additional sales bonus of 2% from revenue

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
