  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: -

  • Work with the SMT/HOD to plan, implement, manage, monitor and improve the company's website and search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Work with the SMT/HOD to plan, implement, manage and monitor the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Work with SMT/HOD to launch online advertising via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Media, KOL, etc. to increase online sales, lead generation, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Maintain strict control over user access to company digital assets to prevent unauthorized use.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, marketers and designers to create and publish products, services, images, videos and content to target audiences.
  • Manage and deliver monthly KPIs against annual budget and objectives.
  • Track, measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web tools & reports (Social Media Insights, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Console, Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc).
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to complete assigned tasks.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing executives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies to apply to our team to achieve better results and efficiency.

Academic Qualifications: -

  • BSc/BA in Digital Marketing or relevant field

Skills & Experience Required: -

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce or advertising role.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with e-commerce and digital marketing best practice.
  • Good experience of website, SEO, e-commerce, social media, FB Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, CRM and chat systems • Working knowledge of web tools (e.g. WordPress, WooCommerce, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, Canva, CapCut, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, self-starter and a good team leader.
  • Healthcare-related experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
