  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To meet the individual sales target set by HOD.
  • To monitor and track the sales process effectively in order for efficient sales closing and documentation within the timeframe set.
  • To assist purchasers in obtaining loan as well as to arrange for the necessary sales documents to be executed by the purchasers with the Group's panel lawyer.
  • Assist in organizing sales and promotional activities.
  • Responsible in maintaining the condition of the sales office and/or show units at all times.
  • Prepare sales reports to update immediate superior on a regular basis.
  • To attend to feedbacks/comments from purchasers during sales.
  • Any other duties & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in property development / real estate or related industry.
  • Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
