  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare chemical samples by accurately weighing and measuring according to standardized procedures, ensuring proper labeling and storage to maintain chain of custody for analysis.
  • Operate and maintain various laboratory equipment, including routine maintenance and calibration checks.
  • Follow established protocols and methodologies for sample analysis and data collection.
  • Record detailed and accurate data from experiments, tests, and analyses using laboratory notebooks or document management systems.
  • Perform basic data calculations, conduct quality checks, and assist in interpreting results while preparing reports for review.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines, including the proper handling of hazardous materials, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly reporting any accidents or safety concerns to the lab owner or manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and dispose of chemical waste following established protocols.
  • Assist with managing inventory of chemicals and supplies.
  • Contribute to competitive assessments to identify new consumer benefits, reduce costs, or improve the environmental impact of products, ensuring alignment with internal ingredient standards and industry best practices for safety, accuracy, and recordkeeping.
  • Support formulator-related testing and trials in the laboratory and pilot plant, including prototype preparation, evaluation testing, and validation, with accurate data recording and reporting.
  • Collaborate with RD&E core teams (Home Cleaning & Pest Control) across multiple product categories.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a chemical laboratory is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Exceptional laboratory skills, with experience handling a variety of analytical equipment and techniques.
  • A natural curiosity for science and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges in formulation and manufacturing.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Dedicated to staying current with advancements in the field of chemistry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in computer skills and able to quickly learn and use systems like PLM (SAP-based product management system).
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken.
