About the Role:

Nozoly Food Industry is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager (Executive Level) to manage and coordinate clients' requirements while ensuring excellent service delivery. The successful candidate will handle multiple client accounts, including government projects, OEM projects, and tenders, driving sales growth and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring their requirements are met with top-notch service.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, R&D) to fulfill client needs effectively.
Handle government tenders & projects, preparing proposals, submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Manage OEM projects, coordinating with clients for customized product manufacturing, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Act as the Project Manager for assigned projects, overseeing execution, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while maintaining profitability.
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and expanding the company's market presence.
Ensure timely follow-ups on payments, contract renewals, and service agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Experience in handling government projects/tenders & OEM projects is a must.
Strong understanding of sales processes, project management, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Proficiency in Finance 365 & CRM software is a plus.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth execution.

Report writing and presentation skills - making sure that monthly reports are up to date and to present to the BOD and higher management team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
