Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans.
- Create and post job advertisements on various job platforms.
- Review and screen resume to identify potential candidates on Jobstreets, Foundit, and etc.
- Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Check candidate references and background information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine final candidate selection.
- Negotiate job offers and communicate them to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidates records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma/bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, and etc.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
