Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various job platforms.
  • Review and screen resume to identify potential candidates on Jobstreets, Foundit, and etc.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Check candidate references and background information.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine final candidate selection.
  • Negotiate job offers and communicate them to candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidates records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Job Requirements:

  • A Diploma/bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, and etc.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
