Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and knowledgeable Driver cum Guide to provide transportation services and guided tours for clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a good understanding of local attractions, and strong communication skills to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport clients to various destinations, including tourist attractions, hotels, airports, and other locations.
  • Provide informative and engaging commentary about places of interest, history, and culture during tours.
  • Plan and organize tour routes and schedules based on customer preferences and company guidelines.
  • Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and alighting from the vehicle.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle, ensuring timely servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies.
  • Offer recommendations on dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service to enhance the travel experience.
  • Monitor weather and road conditions to adjust travel plans accordingly.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid D driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • No minimum years of experience required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of local routes, landmarks, and tourist attractions.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage.
  • Must be available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Required to be on standby for on-call duties as needed.
