Retail Marketing Administrator
Responsibilities:
Assist the Retail Marketing and Planning Leader in handling administrative tasks such as data collection, follow-up with sales and branches on data collection related matters
Maintain up-to-date records of all data
Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Track and monitor retail marketing related surveys, data.
Ensure accurate and timely tracking of all data
Team Coordination and Support
Act as a liaison between the Retail Executive Team Leader and other departments.
Provide administrative support to the Retail Marketing team to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor compliance with company policies and processes within the team.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in product marketing/ branding would be added advantage. Candidate from FMCG/IT/ CE Industry are encouraged to apply.
Strong in MS Application – Excel & PowerPoint.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
